No, we don't charge any recurring fees. For paid events you choose a fee model — including a ~1% buyer-paid Gigbee fee or Gigbee-managed pricing.

When do I receive my payouts?

You get paid as tickets sell — including before the event. That's a real difference from many ticketing platforms that hold your money until after the show. The first payout to a new Stripe account typically takes 7 days; after that, payouts usually reach your bank within 1–2 days, depending on inter-bank transfer times. You can choose daily, weekly, or monthly payouts in Gigbee. A small refund reserve can stay in Stripe so ticket refunds are less likely to fail.

Is there a waiting period for payouts?

Only for the first payout. Stripe has a standard 7-day wait for the first payout to a new Stripe account. After that, payouts usually arrive within 1–2 days, depending on inter-bank transfer times. Ticket proceeds are paid out as sales come in, including before the event.

Can I switch from Eventim.Light to Gigbee?

Yes. Create a Gigbee organizer account and republish your events. There is no automated Eventim import today. Contact us if you want help with the switch.
